Street Trash Art

Today I’m posting a feature on the business, “Street Trash Art.  Most of you know that both my husband and myself are both artists and I’m a true believer in artists supporting other artists. With that being said, besides supporting them, I also fell instantly in love with Street Trash Art.

Street Trash Art is a business started by two artists, Haley Murin and Dustin Tyler that creates glamour and horror (My favorite combo) inspired items, such as clothing, accessories, things for the home, etc. Their aesthetic is what first drew me towards them. I met Haley through Facebook on the Glamour Ghoul Gang page, and we instantly clicked. The first big thing that brought us together is that not only do we both enjoy the horror genre,  we both LOVE Freddy Krueger and even swapped sweatshirts. I am absolutely in love with my new Freddy hoodie. I told her how much I love Freddy and ended up giving her my Freddy hoodie since I was getting one from them.

The style of Street Trash is unique and you always feel like you’re getting something that’s one of a kind. I was just in San Francisco and my new hoodie was one of the first things I packed and was perfect for the cold, foggy, and beautiful city. It’s so soft and comfortable and definitely helped me stay warm. I was glad that I packed it and enjoyed wearing it and taking with me on my trip.

Here’s a really cute and quick mini-bio on Street Trash, directly from them. Besides the pictures that they gave me for their feature below, I also included some product shots to give you a taste of what they create. Definitely check Street Trash Art at their links below!

Here’s the story of Street Trash Art. It’s quick and to the point. I love it:

“Street Trash Art was formed in November on 2017, consisting of artists, Dustin Tyler and Haley Murin. Upon their first time meeting in September of 2017, they had a connection that was the spark they always needed, to fuel the motivation to pursue a world in which they wanted to live…

A world full of – horror movies, bright colors, the season fall and 80’s pop music!”
I couldn’t have said it better.
