I did a hot Jeffree Star themed photo shoot today and it was very sexy and fun. For the shoot, I dressed up in the first piece of clothing I ever bought from Jeffree Star Cosmetics which was the sexy black vegan vest with the pink lip ammunition and star ensignia that you see here. I got so into this rock and roll themed shoot, I had to wear my hot, punk rock black and blue wig. Since my first JS clothing purchase, I have bought a bunch more. And don’t get me started on all the JS makeup I own. In today’s photoshoot, with the exceptions of my wig, bottoms and shoes, I wore nothing but Jeffree Star. I truly love all of Jeffree’s products and when it comes to the makeup, all the formulas, such as the lipstick formula is top notch. It doesn’t make your lips feel super dry like other liquid lipstick brands do and is very easy to apply.
I’m losing count on all the Jeffree Star lipsticks (liquid and the lip ammunition) I have and will be buying more soon I’m sure.
The SKIN FROST highlights are amazing too and I already know what color I want to get next.
I could go on and on about how much I love Jeffree’s products!
Enjoy these photos from my “Androgny,” shoot plus my youtube video tutorial. PLEASE ENJOY AND THANK YOU TO FABULOUS JEFFREE STAR!!!!!!
The movie, “Beauty and the Beast,” is one of my all time favorite Disney movies so when I was online browsing and discovered Disney’s “Tale as Old as Time,” eye shadow palette, I definitely needed to check it out. As you guys know, I am a sucker for creative and unique packaging, which I know I mention a lot, and when I saw this particular packaging, I had to get it. I received my order a few days ago and instantly began trying out and playing with the makeup. The palette looks like a fairy tale book, and when you open it up, on the left are the images of some of the movie characters and mirror looks like the magic mirror. It also comes with a little shadow brush.
This palette comes with twelve beautiful shades, six matte colors and six shimmery colors and they are all stamped with a rose, which I thought was a very pretty touch. All the shade names are all so cute and the colors are beautiful and all work well together which is something I look for when it comes to makeup palettes.
I was very impressed with the quality of this makeup, especially because I wasn’t sure what to expect. The eye shadows feel so smooth and creamy to the touch and blends beautifully with each other as well as other brands. When I first swatched the colors, I was very surprised and happy with the pigment. The directions written on the back of the palette say to apply each color alone or blend the shades to create a signature look. Layer for a bolder look, or sweep lightly for a hint of color. The shades complement all skin tones and the pigment is long lasting. It’s also cruelty free. You can find this palette online through Hot Topic and I believe even if you go on Amazon you might be able to find it also but might be a different price.
Besides the “Beauty and Beast,” eyeshadow palette, I also found these beautiful red rose makeup brushes through Sela Beauty but I think you can find other rose brush styles through other places online. You just need to look them up. They come in a pack of six and give a choice of what kind of stem you want. I bought the brushes with the pink and green stem handle because they looked exactly like the “enchanted rose,” from the film. The brushes include two fluffy powder brushes, one kabuki brush, two blush and contour brushes, and one smaller brush which can be used for highlighting. You can also find and get rose shadow brushes as well. The only issue I had with these brushes is that you have to examine them closely to see which brush is which. Besides that, I thought these brushes were lovely. They aren’t super heavy but still have a good quality to them. They are so soft and apply makeup very well and not harsh on the skin.
These products aren’t a big luxury brand, but are definitely not cheap. I still love it and definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for something different and fun. It’s fun, whimsical, and magical.
Audrey Hepburn is my all time favorite actress and the most beautiful actress I’ve ever seen. I have been a fan of hers since I was a little kid because of my mommy and I watched all her films. I even remembered the day she past away. That was a sad day for me.
Today I did a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” photoshoot and I loved it. I felt very in my element. I actually did two versions of my “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” shoot which I’ll explain later. By the way, if you haven’t seen my Audrey Hepburn past blog posts, I definitely recommend you check them out. Here are my first batch of photos that I shot, channeling the most beautiful actress, Audrey Hepburn. Hope you enjoy!
Hope you enjoyed the first batch of my “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” photoshoot. The second batch is still the same style and look but I thought this new idea would be cool and fun. I have the liquid lipstick, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” by Jeffree Star that I got awhile ago and I thought it would be a fun idea and shoot to do my elegant Audrey photos with a dash of a baby blue lipstick called “Breakfast at Tiffany’s! Hope you like these photos too.

I was so excited to receive my amazing Urban Decay palette with the brand new Basquiat “Tenat” eye shadow palette. I loved doing this makeup artistic tutortial and hope you enjoy it too.
The artist Basquiat really inspired me when I was attending THE ACARDEMY ART UNIVERSITY in San Francisco. From the New York grafitti he did as art, to promoting and working in galleries, and of course his relationship with Andy Warhol.
Jean Michel Basquiat first achieved fans as part of “Samo,” which was a grafitti duo who wrote enigmatic workers of the lower east side of Manhattan.
By the 1970’s Basquiat was exhibited with his neo/expressionist paintings in galleries and musuems.
He appropriated poetry, drawings, abstract painting and more into his work.
They made a film called, Basquiat in 1996 which includes Jeffrey Wright who played the main character, David Bowie as Andy Warhol, Gary Oldman, Benicio del Toro, and more popular characters, including a Courtney Love cameo. It’s a fantastic film to see this artist’s journey and I definitely recommend it if you haven’t see it yet.
