Behind the Scenes Teaser

Normally I never really show behind the scene pictures on here unless I really enjoyed the shoot. This last shoot I did I really enjoyed. It was a photographer named Hamayak Hakopian or “Hami” that I had shot with a lot in the past but hadn’t seen in a few years. We always kept in contact but with our schedules, it was hard to book a shoot. Finally a few weeks ago we did. We shot at Lumino Studios, where I did my pinup Valentine’s shoot, and our shoot took place in the Emerald Room of the studio house, perfect for me since that’s my birthstone.

I had such a nice time with him. He brought in an EXTREMELY TALENTED Hair Stylist who brought my curls to life named Elisa Lara who was such a darling. I donned a new emerald green corset, appropriate for where I was shooting, my swarovski crytal fishnet stockings and my 7 and a half tall dance stiletto booties with matching crystals. I felt absolutely beautiful in my burlesque wear.

Hami is such a sweet and very professional photographer and I enjoy our work relationship a lot. I’m so excited to see the actual shots from this shoot. In the meantime, I decided to give you all a little tease. Elisa took some behind the scene shots of me while I was getting photographed and I loved the look of them so much that I decided to post them here to get you all ready for the actual photoshoot images. Enjoy!

Psychobilly Look 2

My first psychobilly look was fun to do because it was a new look for me with the greens and blues.

This second look is more of my favorite psychobilly look which I’ve worn for a few years now so I definitely wanted to show this look.  I used a few different makeup products but I mostly used my same makeup products for my original psychobilly still looks the same. Enjoy this makeup look and of course if you have any questions about this look or certain products, definitely ask me in the comment section. I love sharing my tips and tricks!

Enjoy these photos:

I’m not listing the foundation, concealer, or powder because I wanted to focus on the eye shadow, eyeliner, brows, and lipstick makeups:

Eye Makeup: Under the brow bone, I used my “Tako” which is my pinup staple white from SUGARPILL! In the inner corner of my eyes, I used this sexy matte bright butter color, “French Kiss,” by Colourpop. For my lid color, I used “STAR POWER,” from the Beauty Killer Palette from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. In the crease I used “POISON PLUM,” from SUGARPILL.

For Eyeliner I used two eyeliners, first one is by Clinique, “PRETTY EASY LIQUID LINER” IN BLACK. I layered it with “SCHWING,” BY the Balm. My Mascara was “SOAP AND GLORY, THICK AND FAST FLASH EXTENSIONS EFFECT MASCARA.”

For my Brows I used “Anastasia dip brow in “CHOCOLATE.”

Pinup Valentine’s Photoshoot

A few weeks ago I did Pinup Valentine’s shoot for a magazine. It was organized and planned by Bettie La Rose, which who put together the holiday shoot I did in December. She is so awesome and love working with her. This was another group shoot and it was nice seeing a lot of familiar faces with both the other models and the photographers. It was nice meeting some new people as well. It’s always a great feeling to work with people that are really easy to get along with. It gives a positive dynamic to everyone. This shoot was a lot of fun to do.

The first few photos is by Bryon Love. The other girl in one of my pictures is my friend and model Jessy Dodd.

The second group of photos below are by Stephen Fitzsimons. Check out both of their  Facebook pages to see more of his work.
